A specially formulated liquid detergent for cabinet glasswashing polycarbonates or plastics. This liquid has been developed to deliver maximum head retention in beers and lagers, together with effective tannin and protein removal from all polycarbonate glassware. Polycarbonate glassware washed with polycarbonate detergent scores highly on the visual brightness scale, indicating its ability to inhibit the accumulation of non-rinsing films that can cause head retention problems.
Polycarbonate Detergent is most effective when used with Polycarbonate Rinseaid as It helps to eliminate spotting and helps reduce the build-up of non-rinsing films on polycarbonate glassware surfaces, while promoting the rapid drying of plastics. This pack is the perfect addition to The Sovereign Glasswasher which has a dedicated "Plastics Wash Cycle", designed for washing plastic/polycarbonate glasses.
